Founding AI Research Scientist (On-site) (m/f/d)

Tasks
- You will shape research direction and develop new methods, models, and algorithms for advanced AI and intelligent systems.
- You will design rigorous experiments, evaluate results, and translate research advances into working prototypes and real-world applications.
- You will communicate and document research findings, strengthen the experimental process, and help build a high-performing research team.
Requirements

- You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
